  "text": "Each EFSI operation shall be rated on each of the 4 pillars. The rating is calculated on the basis of the points obtained on a number of indicators within each pillar, using the following scale:\nPoints\nPillar 2 rating\nPillar 1 and 3 rating\n0-49\nMarginal\nLow\n50-99\nAcceptable\nModerate\n100-149\nGood\nSignificant\n≥ 150\nExcellent\nHigh\nPillar 4 will include complementary indicators of a quantitative or qualitative nature and will not be consolidated in an individual rating.",
