Article 1 is replaced by the following:\n‘Scope\nArticle 1 This Regulation applies to vehicles of categories N and O, as defined in Annex II to Directive 2007/46/EC, as well as to spray suppression systems intended for fitment to vehicles of categories N and O.’.\n2. Annexes I and IV to Regulation (EU) No 109/2011 are amended in accordance with Annex VI to this Regulation.",
