# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/1833 of 12 October 2015 amending Regulation (EEC) No 2568/91 on the characteristics of olive oil and olive-residue oil and on the relevant methods of analysis, Annex II

In Annex V to Regulation (EEC) No 2568/91, point 6.2 is replaced by the following:
‘6.2.
Calculate the percentage of each individual sterol from the ratio of the relevant peak area to the total peak area for sterols:
sterol x = A x ∑ A × 100
where:
Ax peak area for x;
ΣA total peak area for sterols.’
