  "text": "1. In accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EU) No 511/2014, and unless the information is confidential within the meaning of Article 7(5) of Regulation (EU) No 511/2014, the competent authorities shall transmit to the ABS Clearing House the information received on the basis of Part A of Annexes II and III to this Regulation without undue delay and at the latest one month after the information has been received.\n2.
