  "text": "This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.\nIt shall apply from 1 April 2016 with the exception of the foodstuffs mentioned in point 6.1.11 for which the maximum level is of application from the date of entry into force of this Regulation.",
