  "text": "Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/1949\nof 29 October 2015\nimplementing Article 8a(1) of Regulation (EC) No 765/2006 concerning restrictive measures in respect of Belarus\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,\nHaving regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 765/2006 of 18 May 2006 concerning restrictive measures in respect of Belarus, and in particular Article 8a(1) thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal of the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 18 May 2006, the Council adopted Regulation (EC) No 765/2006.\n(2)\nFollowing the judgment of the General Court of 6 October 2015 in Case T-276/12, Y. Chyzh and others v Council , there are no longer grounds for keeping four entities on the list of persons and entities subject to restrictive measures as set out in Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 765/2006.\n(3)\nThe information relating to certain persons and entities on the list of persons and entities subject to restrictive measures as set out in Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 765/2006 should be updated.\n(4)\nAnnex I to Regulation (EC) No 765/2006 should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
