  "text": "The credit ratings issued or endorsed, or issued in a third country and not endorsed as referred to in Article 1(5), shall be used by ESMA for making available the historical performance data, in accordance with Article 11(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1060/2009 and point 1 of Part II of Section E of Annex I to that Regulation.",
