  "text": "Regulation (EC) No 1918/2006 is amended as follows:\n(1) Article 2 is amended as follows:\n(a) paragraph 2 is replaced by the following:\n‘2. The quota shall be opened from 1 January each year.’;\n(b) paragraph 3 is deleted.\n(2) Article 3 is amended as follows:\n(a) paragraph 1 is replaced by the following:\n‘1. By way of derogation from Article 6(1) of Regulation (EC) No 1301/2006, applicants may lodge one import licence application each week, either on Monday or Tuesday.’;\n(b) paragraph 4 is replaced by the following:\n‘4. The import licence shall be valid from the actual day of its issue, in accordance with Article 22(2) of Commission Regulation (EC) No 376/2008, until the last day of the import tariff quota period.\nThe amount of the security shall be EUR 20 per 100 kg net.’.",
