  "text": "Description and justification of the standard scales of unit costs and lump sums used to reimburse the JAP\nThe purpose of this appendix is to facilitate the work of the Commission in the assessment of the standard scales of unit costs (unit costs) and lump sums used to reimburse the outputs and results of the JAP. Therefore it should cover only the indicators from tables I.1.1 and I.1.2.
