Article 4 Notifications

No later than 18.00 (Brussels time) on the Monday following the week in which the import licence application was submitted, Member States shall send to the Commission a notification showing, by order number, each application with a reference to the origin of the product and the quantity applied for by CN code, including ‘nil’ notifications. The notification shall be made in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 792/2009.

Member States shall communicate to the Commission, by electronic means, on the day of issue of the import licences, the information on the licences issued as referred to in Article 11(1)(b) of Regulation (EC) No 1301/2006, with the total quantities by CN code for which import licences have been issued.
