  "text": "In a Level 3 (Level 2 en route) apprenticeship, an apprentice with previous experience of study at Level 2 can undertake a Level 3 framework taking their prior learning and achievement into consideration. This may make it possible for the apprentice to progress to Level 3 without completing the full Level 2 framework.",
