  "text": "1. The amounts set out in the Annexes shall be adjusted in accordance with the methods set out in the Annexes.\n2. The amounts adjusted in accordance with paragraph 1 shall be applied when reimbursing expenditure related to those parts of the operations which are carried out on and after the date of adjustment.",
