  "text": "Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/2204\nof 30 November 2015\nimplementing Regulation (EU) No 267/2012 concerning restrictive measures against Iran\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,\nHaving regard to Council Regulation (EU) No 267/2012 of 23 March 2012 concerning restrictive measures against Iran and repealing Regulation (EU) No 961/2010, and in particular Article 46(2) thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 23 March 2012, the Council adopted Regulation (EU) No 267/2012 concerning restrictive measures against Iran.\n(2)\nBy its judgment of 18 September 2015 in Case T-121/13, the General Court of the European Union annulled the Council's decision to include Oil Industry Pension Fund Investment Company (OPIC) on the list of persons and entities subject to restrictive measures set out in Annex IX to Regulation (EU) No 267/2012.\n(3)\nOPIC should be included again on the list of persons and entities subject to restrictive measures, on the basis of a new statement of reasons.\n(4)\nRegulation (EU) No 267/2012 should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
