Article 36 Legal succession

CEPOL, as established by this Regulation, shall be the legal successor in respect of all contracts concluded by, liabilities incumbent on, and properties acquired by CEPOL as established by Decision 2005/681/JHA.

2.

This Regulation shall not affect the legal force of agreements concluded by CEPOL as established by Decision 2005/681/JHA, before 24 December 2015.
