Article 41 Maintenance in force of the internal rules adopted by the Governing Board

Internal rules and measures adopted by the Governing Board on the basis of Decision 2005/681/JHA shall remain in force after 1 July 2016, unless otherwise decided by the Management Board in the application of this Regulation.
