  "text": "Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/240\nof 9 February 2015\nimplementing Regulation (EU) No 269/2014 concerning restrictive measures in respect of actions undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,\nHaving regard to Council Regulation (EU) No 269/2014 of 17 March 2014 concerning restrictive measures in respect of actions undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine, and in particular Article 14(1) thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 17 March 2014, the Council adopted Regulation (EU) No 269/2014.\n(2)\nIn view of the continued gravity of the situation on the ground in Ukraine, the Council considers that additional persons and entities should be added to the list of natural and legal persons, entities and bodies subject to restrictive measures as set out in Annex I to Regulation (EU) No 269/2014.\n(3)\nAnnex I to Regulation (EU) No 269/2014 should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
