  "text": "1. This Regulation shall apply to firearms of all categories listed in Part II of Annex I to Directive 91/477/EEC.\n2. This Regulation shall not apply to firearms deactivated prior to 8 April 2016, unless those firearms are transferred outside of the United Kingdom or placed on the market.",
