# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/2405 of 18 December 2015 opening and providing for the management of EU tariff quotas for agricultural products originating in Ukraine, Article 5

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 January 2016.
