Division Notification to guarantor of non-discharge of Union transit procedure

The common data requirements of the notification are:

1. (a)

   the name and the address of the customs authority of the Member State of departure competent to notify the guarantor that the procedure has not been discharged;

2. (b)

   the name and the address of the guarantor;

3. (c)

   the guarantee reference number;

4. (d)

   the MRN and date of the customs declaration;

5. (e)

   the name of the customs office of departure;

6. (f)

   the name of the holder of the procedure;

7. (g)

   the amount involved.
