# Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/2446 of 28 July 2015 supplementing Regulation (EU) No 952/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards detailed rules concerning certain provisions of the Union Customs Code, Division: Notification to guarantor of liability for debt in transit procedure under CPD carnet


The common data requirements of the notification are:
(a) the name and the address of the customs authority competent for the place where the customs debt is incurred;
(b) the name and the address of the guaranteeing association;
(c) the guarantee reference number;
(d) the number and date of the carnet;
(e) the name of the customs office of departure;
(f) the name of the holder of the procedure;
(g) the amount notified to the debtor.
