  "text": "An adjustment made by the seller, to the benefit of the buyer, of the price actually paid or payable for the goods may be taken into consideration for the determination of the customs value in accordance with Article 70(1) of the Code, if the following conditions are fulfilled:\n(a) the goods were defective at the time of acceptance of the customs declaration for release for free circulation;\n(b) the seller made the adjustment to compensate for the defect in order to fulfil either of the following:\n(i) a contractual obligation entered into before the acceptance of the customs declaration;\n(ii) a statutory obligation applicable to the goods.\n(c) . . . . .",
