  "text": "The person required to provide a guarantee shall ensure that the amount of import or export duty, and of other charges due in connection with the import or export of goods where they are to be covered by the guarantee, which is payable or may become payable does not exceed the reference amount.\nThat person shall inform the customs office of guarantee when the reference amount is no longer at a level sufficient to cover his operations.",
