  "text": "Where an application for an authorisation for temporary admission is based on an oral customs declaration, the declarant shall present the supporting document referred to in Article 165 of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/2446 in duplicate, and one copy shall be endorsed by the customs authorities and given to the holder of the authorisation.",
