# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/2447 of 24 November 2015 laying down detailed rules for implementing certain provisions of Regulation (EU) No 952/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council laying down the Union Customs Code, Article 262: Authorisation in the form of release of goods(Article 22(1) of the Code)

Where an application for an authorisation has been made based on a customs declaration in accordance with Article 163(1) or (5) of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/2446, the authorisation shall be granted by release of goods for the relevant customs procedure.
