  "text": "Where, in the course of movement of goods from one point to another within the customs territory of the Union, goods leave and re-enter the customs territory of the Union, the customs controls and formalities applicable in accordance with the TIR Convention, the ATA Convention, the Istanbul Convention, the Agreement between the Parties to the North Atlantic Treaty regarding the Status of their Forces, signed in London on 19 June 1951 or in accordance with the acts of the Universal Postal Union shall be carried out at the points where the goods temporarily leave the customs territory of the Union and where they re-enter that territory.",
