  "text": "The customs office of coordination, referred to in Article 166, of the Member State where an offence or irregularity has been committed in the course of or in connection with an ATA transit movement shall notify the ATA carnet holder and the guaranteeing association of the offence or irregularity within a year of the date of expiry of the validity of the carnet.",
