Article 286a Supply of EU forms 302 to military forces of the Member States (Articles 226(3)(a) and 227(2)(a) of the Code)F1

The designated customs office of the Member State of departure shall supply the military forces of a Member State stationed in its territory with EU forms 302 which:

1. (a)

   are pre-authenticated with the stamp and signature of an official of that office;

2. (b)

   are serially numbered;

3. (c)

   bear the full address of that designated customs office for the return copy of the EU form 302.
