The simplifications referred to in Article 233(4)(a) and (c) of the Code shall apply only to Union transit operations beginning in the Member State where the authorisation of the simplifications is granted.\n2. The simplification referred to in Article 233(4)(b) of the Code shall apply only to Union transit operations ending in the Member State where the authorisation of the simplification is granted.\n3. The simplification referred to in Article 233(4)(e) of the Code shall apply in the Member States specified in the authorisation of the simplification.",
