  "text": "For the processing and exchange of information relating to the exit of goods out of the customs territory of the Union, an electronic system set up for those purposes pursuant to Article 16(1) of the Code shall be used.\nThe first paragraph of this Article shall be applicable from the dates of deployment of the UCC AES referred to in the Annex to Implementing Decision 2014/255/EU.",
