  "heading": "Notification obligations applicable to Member States for the implementation of the registered exporter (REX) system(Article 64(1) of the Code)",
  "text": "Member States shall notify the Commission of the names, addresses and contact details of their customs authorities which are:\n(a) competent to register exporters and re-consignors of goods in the REX system, modify and update registration data and revoke registration;\n(b) responsible for ensuring the administrative cooperation with the competent authorities of the beneficiary countries as provided for in this Subsection, Subsections 3 to 9 of this Section and Subsections 2 and 3 of Title II Chapter 1 Section 2 of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/2446.\nThe notification shall be sent to the Commission by 30 September 2016.\nMember States shall inform the Commission immediately of any changes to the information notified under the first sub-paragraph.",
