Article 1 Subject matter and scope

This Regulation lays down rules on the identification of equidae:

(a)

born in F1Great Britain; or

(b)

released for free circulation in F2Great Britain..

2.

This Regulation shall apply without prejudice to Decision 96/78/EC.
