  "text": "Additives consisting of preparations and premixtures containing such additives, which are produced and labelled before 23 March 2017 in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1831/2003 as it stood before 23 March 2015 may continue to be placed on the market and used until the existing stocks are exhausted.",
