Article 3 Introduction of the products

The consignments of products referred to in Article 2 shall comply with the following conditions:

1. (a)

   they are introduced in the Union through a border inspection post listed in Annex I to Decision 2009/821/EC or in any relevant agreement between the Union and third countries, and

2. (b)

   they are notified to the border inspection post of entry at least two working days before their arrival.
