Annex 2 Appendix 3 EASA Form 148 amended as follows (31.12.2020) by The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 (S.I. 2019/645), regs. 1, 400(4) (with Sch. 3) (as amended by S.I. 2019/1098, regs. 1(3), 12); 2020 c. 1, Sch. 5 para. 1(1):

(a) On the first page— (i) for “European Union (2)” substitute “United Kingdom”; (ii) in each place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”; (iii) in footnote (1) for “EASA Form 148” substitute “CAA Form 148”; (iv) omit footnote (2);

(b) on the second page, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.
