  "text": "Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/357\nof 5 March 2015\nimplementing Regulation (EU) No 208/2014 concerning restrictive measures directed against certain persons, entities and bodies in view of the situation in Ukraine\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,\nHaving regard to Council Regulation (EU) No 208/2014 of 5 March 2014 concerning restrictive measures directed against certain persons, entities and bodies in view of the situation in Ukraine, and in particular Article 14(1) thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 5 March 2014, the Council adopted Regulation (EU) No 208/2014.\n(2)\nOn the basis of a review by the Council, the entries for 18 persons should be amended.\n(3)\nAnnex I to Regulation (EU) No 208/2014 should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
