The text shall specify the nature of the waivers, the reasons for them and the alternative requirements pursuant to Article 37(2) of Regulation (EU) No 167/2013.\nExplanatory notes relating to Appendix 1\n(Footnote markers, footnotes and explanatory notes not to be stated on the EU whole-vehicle type-approval certificate):\n(1)\nDelete where not applicable.\n(2)\nIndicate the alphanumeric code Type-Variant-Version or ‘TVV’ allocated to each type, variant and version as set out in point 2.3 of Part B of Annex I to this Regulation.
