  "text": "Approval authorities shall issue the certificate for the placing on the market and entry into service of parts or equipment which may pose a serious risk to the correct functioning of systems that are essential for the safety of the vehicle or for its environmental performance referred to in Article 46(2) of Regulation (EU) No 167/2013 in accordance with the template set out in Annex X to this Regulation.",
