# Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/560 of 15 December 2014 supplementing Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the scheme of authorisations for vine plantings (repealed), Division (2): Member States may decide to add the additional condition that the applicant shall be a natural person who is no more than 40 years of age in the year of submission of the application (‘young producer’).
