# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/630 of 22 April 2015 amending Implementing Regulation (EU) No 498/2012 on the allocation of tariff-rate quotas applying to exports of wood from the Russian Federation to the European Union, Article 1

In Article 15 of Implementing Regulation (EU) No 498/2012, paragraph 2 is replaced by the following:
‘2. The provisions of Article 13 and 14 shall not apply with respect to the first and second quota periods following the first three quota periods.’
