4.1. Class I vehicles with a maximum design speed ≤ 12 km/h.
4.2. Class II vehicles with a maximum design speed > 12 km/h and ≤ 30 km/h.
4.3. Class III vehicles with a maximum design speed > 30 km/h and ≤ 40 km/h.
