  "heading": "Settlement of disputes arising from Interconnection Agreements",
  "text": "1. The adjacent TSOs shall endeavour to solve amicably any disputes arising out of or in connection with the interconnection agreement and specify therein a dispute settlement mechanism for disputes which could not be amicably settled.\nThe dispute settlement mechanism shall at least specify:\n(a) the applicable law; and\n(b) the court of jurisdiction or the terms and conditions of the appointment of experts either within the framework of an institutional forum or on an ad hoc basis, which may include arbitration.\nWhere the dispute settlement mechanism is arbitration, the Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards shall apply.\n2. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .",
