# Regulation (EU) 2015/755 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2015 on common rules for imports from certain third countries (recast), Article 14

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

1. The Commission may, in particular in the situation referred to in Article 13(1), adopt appropriate safeguard measures acting in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 22(3).
2. Article 13(3) shall apply.
