  "text": "Directive 2007/46/EC is amended as follows:\n(1) in Annex I, the following points are added:\n‘12.8.\neCall system\n12.8.1.\nPresence: yes/no (1)\n12.8.2.\ntechnical description or drawings of the device: …’;\n(2) in Annex III, Part I, section A, the following points are added:\n‘12.8.\neCall system\n12.8.1.\nPresence: yes/no (1)’;\n(3) in Annex IV, Part I is amended as follows:\n(a) the following item is added to the table:\nItem\nSubject\nRegulatory act\nApplicability\nM1\nM2\nM3\nN1\nN2\nN3\nO1\nO2\nO3\nO4\n‘72\neCall system\nRegulation (EU) 2015/758\nX\nX’;\n(b) Appendix 1 is amended as follows:\n(i) the following item is added to Table 1:\nItem\nSubject\nRegulatory act\nSpecific issues\nApplicability and specific requirements\n‘72\neCall system\nRegulation (EU) 2015/758\nN/A’;\n(ii) the following item is added to Table 2:\nItem\nSubject\nRegulatory act\nSpecific issues\nApplicability and specific requirements\n‘72\neCall system\nRegulation (EU) 2015/758\nN/A’;\n(c) in Appendix 2, Section ‘4.
