  "text": "Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/828\nof 28 May 2015\nimplementing Regulation (EU) No 36/2012 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Syria\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,\nHaving regard to Council Regulation (EU) No 36/2012 of 18 January 2012 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Syria and repealing Regulation (EU) No 442/2011, and in particular Article 32(1) thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 18 January 2012, the Council adopted Regulation (EU) No 36/2012.\n(2)\nIn view of the gravity of the situation, one person should be added to the list of natural and legal persons, entities and bodies subject to restrictive measures in Annex II to Regulation (EU) No 36/2012.\n(3)\nOne person should no longer be kept on the list of natural and legal persons, entities and bodies subject to restrictive measures in Annex II to Regulation (EU) No 36/2012.\n(4)\nFollowing the judgment of the General Court of 9 July 2014 in joined cases T-329/12 and T-74/13, Mazen Al-Tabbaa v Council, and the judgment of the General Court of 26 February 2015 in case T-652/11, Bassam Sabbagh v Council, Mazen Al-Tabbaa and Bassam Sabbagh are not included on the list of natural and legal persons, entities and bodies subject to restrictive measures in Annex II to Regulation (EU) No 36/2012.\n(5)\nThe information relating to certain persons listed in Annex II to Regulation (EU) No 36/2012 should be updated.\n(6)\nAnnex II to Regulation (EU) No 36/2012 should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
