  "text": "For the purposes of this Regulation, the following definitions shall apply:\n(1)‘direct cost’ means the cost which is directly incurred as a result of operating the train service;\n(2)‘direct unit cost’ means the direct cost per train kilometre, vehicle kilometre, gross tonne kilometre of a train, or a combination of those;\n(3)‘cost centre’ means a business unit within the infrastructure manager's accounting system to which costs are allocated for the sake of apportioning those costs directly or indirectly to a marketable service.\n(4)‘2016 GB Regulations’ means the Railways (Access, Management and Licensing of Railway Undertakings) Regulations 2016.\n(5)‘2016 NI Regulations’ means the Railways Infrastructure (Access, Management and Licensing of Railway Undertakings) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016.",
