  "text": "In accordance with the advisory procedure referred to in Article 30(2), the Commission may, at the request of a Member State or on its own initiative, if the situation referred to in Article 12(2) is likely to arise:\nreduce the period of validity of any surveillance document required for the surveillance measures,\nmake the issue of the surveillance document subject to certain conditions and, as an exceptional measure, subject to the insertion of a revocation clause, or, with the frequency and for the length of time indicated by the Commission, to the prior information and consultation procedure referred to in Articles 6 and 8.",
