The marks referred to in point 1 must be secured to an engine part that is necessary for normal engine operation and not normally requiring replacement during engine life. Those marks must be located so as to be readily visible to the average person once the engine has been fitted to the agricultural and forestry vehicle, together with all the auxiliaries needed for engine operation.
