  "text": "‘Spurdog shall not be targeted in the areas covered by this TAC. When accidentally caught in fisheries not yet subject to the landing obligation, specimens shall not be harmed and shall be released immediately. The former provisions are without prejudice to the prohibitions set out in Articles 12 and 44 of this Regulation for the areas specified therein’.",
