The types of the static road data include in particular:\n(a) road network links and their physical attributes, such as:\n(i) geometry;\n(ii) road width;\n(iii) number of lanes;\n(iv) gradients;\n(v) junctions;\n(b) road classification;\n(c) traffic signs reflecting traffic regulations and identifying dangers, such as:\n(i) access conditions for tunnels;\n(ii) access conditions for bridges;\n(iii) permanent access restrictions;\n(iv) other traffic regulations;\n(d) speed limits;\n(e) traffic circulation plans;\n(f) freight delivery regulations;\n(g) location of tolling stations;\n(h) identification of tolled roads, applicable fixed road user charges and available payment methods;\n(i) location of parking places and service areas;\n(j) location of charging points for electric vehicles and the conditions for their use;\n(k) location of compressed natural gas, liquefied natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas stations;\n(l) location of public transport stops and interchange points;\n(m) location of delivery areas.\n2.. The types of the dynamic road status data include in particular:\n(a) road closures;\n(b) lane closures;\n(c) bridge closures;\n(d) overtaking bans on heavy goods vehicles;\n(e) roadworks;\n(f) accidents and incidents;\n(g) dynamic speed limits;\n(h) direction of travel on reversible lanes;\n(i) poor road conditions;\n(j) temporary traffic management measures;\n(k) variable road user charges and available payment methods;\n(l) availability of parking places;\n(m) availability of delivery areas;\n(n) cost of parking;\n(o) availability of charging points for electric vehicles;\n(p) weather conditions affecting road surface and visibility.\nThose short-term data need not to be included in digital map updates as they shall not be considered as changes of a permanent nature.\n3.. The types of the traffic data include in particular:\n(a) traffic volume;\n(b) speed;\n(c) location and length of traffic queues;\n(d) travel times;\n(e) waiting time at border crossings to non-EU Member States.",
