  "heading": "Regulations made by the Treasury",
  "text": "1. Any power to make regulations conferred on the Treasury by this Regulation is exercisable by statutory instrument.\n2. Such regulations may:\n(a) contain incidental, supplemental, consequential and transitional provision; and\n(b) make different provision for different purposes.\n2A. Regulations made under Article 23G may not be made unless a draft of the statutory instrument containing them has been laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.\n3. Subject to paragraph 2A, a statutory instrument containing regulations made under this Regulation is subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.",
